87- Trend to 2030 — the courts begin to uphold the legal rights

In this episode of The 2030 Podcast show, we would like to wish you a happy holiday season — even though the Bo-Jiden administration is destroying your wallet, destroying your freedoms and trying to force mandates against your right to choose.

This episode is another solo episode with only myself, Sgt Fred, as your podcaster. Again, we are monitoring our co-host, Matt Cox, to see when he will be able to return with us and contribute to our show.

In this very brief episode, we discuss the following themes:

More courts are starting to prevent a total consumption of the Bo-Jiden vaccine mandates for small businesses. We have seen federal courts, OSHA rulings, and now the Missouri courts and joining in. Could this be a trend toward 2030? — that is, for the legal system and responsible courts to quash the unconstitutional and forced tyranny of the vaccine mandates?
The lame-stream media is once again telling lies before the truth comes out — as we have seen with the verdict about the Kenosha incident. If you listen to Bill O’Reilly, he stated that the judge did the right thing in keeping CNN out of the courtroom due to the violations of privacy and the ominous threats from thugs on the radical left to the jurors. I feel that this is a trend that can correct the lame-stream media lies and the firestorms that result in the social media untruths that are told, trying to destroy people;
my experience in a small trip that I took to Texas from California, with stops in Arizona and New Mexico — and what a wonderful relief it was to leave the miserable state of California and experience what a true state of the USA should be, like Texas. Where did I stay?…Austin, El Paso, Fort Stockton, Ozona, Phoenix and Tucson, just for starters. I share my relief in being free from the tyranny of the Gruesome Newsom tyranny. I also share my thoughts on the “Field of Honor” assembly in Georgetown, Texas, as they honored both veterans and first responders with the patriotism that has not been lost. A euphoric moment for myself, and this is the way that all Americans should celebrate veterans and honor the country.
The trend to have celebrities and sports figures and even some politicians take to paying $250,000 or more for the 60-mile-high-plus joy ride above the lower atmosphere (they call it “space”) — our prediction is that this will continue until a major accident ends up taking the lives of several of the passengers (and then, just like the explosion of the Challenger Space Shuttle, the thrill will be gone and then the arrogant and egotistical nonsense for those to be in space will finally simmer down and then reality will set in as “this is really dangerous.”) For I, myself, as a paratrooper, found the thrill of making parachute jumps very exciting,…that is, until I was injured on a training jump that has me, to this day, still suffering from a cracked spine and with vestibular motion disorders and permanent results from bruises. And even though I kept jumping for a couple of years after that accident, I did realize that the practice was dangerous.
And finally, we see that a trend will be to make accommodations for the people to get their energy and fuel, in spite of what Bo-Jiden and Gruesome Newsom want. Right now, it is the release of oil reserves, as Bo-Jiden’s actions have caused gasoline prices to go sky-high without necessity. And we see the trend that energy consumption will dominate the reality instead of the wet dreams that Bo-Jiden and his administration are trying to force us all to live with.

Again, we hope that your Thanksgiving holiday was a good one, and that your health and livelihood will be better in the near future and that the rest of the holiday season will provide happiness for you, in spite of Bo-Jiden and the radical left democrats.
