In this episode of the 2030 Podcast show, Matt and I discuss the topic of the trends in overreach of the federal government toward 2030 of the 1st and 2nd Amendment of the Constitution — in particular, the reaction of states to unconstitutional laws or executive orders by nullification.

This theme resulted from the BoJiden administration illegal attempt to curtail on the 2nd Amendment. As Bill O’Reilly stated, sleepy-Joe does not even understand the nature of the gun violence and cannot find a solution other than “crack down” on the legal sellers of firearms in the US. You should hear what he has to say in his podcast series about his being “incompetent” and unable to comprehend what he is saying, what he is doing, and is just being manipulated by the radical left by idiots like “Beto” and AOC and others of the radical left.

In a televised speech about gun violence in June, BoJiden made it perfectly clear to the intelligent citizen that he is completely out of touch with the gun violence — especially with the facts that most of this is due to minorities and blacks committing gun violence on other blacks (the narrative of the left will not permit this as information going out on the lame-stream media or on the monopolies of social media platforms).

However, the trend toward states’ nullification of unconstitutional laws is growing, and this has led to more than 15 to 17 states enacting “constitutional carry” laws that allow either concealed or open carry of handguns WITHOUT A PERMIT OR LICENSE — and an article from wikipedia.org summarizes the “carry laws” today:

“As of June 16, 2021, AlaskaArizonaArkansasIdahoIowa (effective July 1, 2021), KansasKentuckyMaineMississippiMissouriMontanaNew HampshireNorth Dakota (residents only; concealed carry only), OklahomaSouth DakotaTennessee (residents only; handguns only; effective July 1, 2021), Texas (effective September 1, 2021), UtahVermontWest Virginia, and Wyoming do not require a permit to carry a loaded concealed firearm for any person of age who is not prohibited from owning a firearm. Permitless carry in North Dakota is applicable to residents only; nonresidents must have a permit to carry a handgun concealed or openly. Permitless concealed carry in Mississippi only covers certain manners of carrying. Permitless carry in Oklahoma applies to both residents and nonresidents 21+ as well as 18+ nonresidents who can carry without a permit in their home state. All aforementioned jurisdictions do not require a permit to openly carry either except for North Dakota and certain localities in Missouri.”

So, just as California and other radical left states instituted “sanctuary cities” for illegal immigration, so now the states will institute sanctuary cities and states as “sanctuary states” for pro-2nd Amendment protections.

Now, for 2030, we can envision a see-saw battle going on, depending upon the nature and make-up of the congress, senate, executive offices — and which may be victorious by 2030? This unpopular move may be a bone of contention for the democrats who will try to impose rule to the states, but may find the enforcement impossible. And if the republicans do gain control again, then these unconstitutional laws will be repealed.

An example: here is a pdf that explains the constitutional carry law for the state of Texas, to be active in September of 2021:

Also, we had delivered a previous episode discussing in general the act of local jurisdictions and “nullification” from a deliverable (see episode 52 of this podcast show for a link to the deliverable):

As far as the 1st amendment goes, the move by the radical left will continue to attempt to deprive citizens of their right to religious tolerance and practice, as well as the suppression of the press and media due to censorship and cancel culture, and they will even try to impose curfews and legislation restricting the right of freedom of assembly — just as starters.

For 2030, we see another see-saw battle where sham-demics and phony pandemics will be the reason for lockdowns and other restrictions that will attempt to take away liberties and freedoms from the citizens.
