90- Trend to 2030 – restricting lawmaking to the legislative branch

In this episode of The 2030 Podcast show, we discuss the trend to 2030 of the courts to restrict presidential power as executive branch of government — and to leave the lawmaking power to the legislature. This is particularly true with the federal government, as executive orders from the Bo-Jiden mouth are stayed and reviewed as overreach of the chief executive. For he cannot make law. He is not a king — but his actions are certainly those of a tyrant and dictator (very much like Hitler) in trying to mandate jabs and other mandates for the citizenry.

We see this trend to 2030 where the courts will see the overreach and stay the enforcement of executive orders (which end up being law created by the executive branch) that do interfere and go against the decisions of the individual and also violate the amendments of the constitution. In other words, Bo-Jiden and the democrats should stay away from CREATING law, and just do the enforcement of them. In this case, the mandates for jabs will be coming into the purview of the court and legal system, so that will be a blessing to save and protect the lives and the rights of the citizenry. For, after all, did we not hear Bo-Jiden swear to defend and uphold the constitution and defend it from all enemies, foreign and domestic? Well, in my opinion, this is, indeed an action being tried by the democrats to enact mandates that create for themselves the title of domestic enemies.

And, for this episode, we once again are forced to wait for the return of Matt Cox, our co-host, after another hiatus due to the Holiday season surge of travel, for he does work full-time in the travel industry — and thus, overtime is now a common occurrence, since many people were let go during the sham-demic of the virus crisis, and then now they do not want to return to work.

Other themes that we will touch upon today are the following:

the details of finding out the truth about the presidential request to have 10,000 troops from the National Guard at the January 6th event, but the refusal by the Secretary of Defense, and the refusal by Pelosi;
the attempt of the world organization through the proposed UN treaty to restrict small arms possessions, and thus go contrary to the 2nd amendment of the constitution (yes, this seems like something that Bo-Jiden and Beto will be pushing very hard — but treaties have to be ratified by the congress, other than the signature of the president — remember the League of Nations?). This would be part of the attempt of the gun-takeover policies of the democrats. But remember the fate of Australia — the Aussies cannot do anything to prevent their government from locking them down and imposing tyranny (case-in-point is the plea by the Abos in the North to outlaw the mandates for the jabs that will evidently cause mass deaths and genocide to that race);
the courts’ trend to put a stay in mandates from Bo-Jiden, since he does not have the power to create law, but only to be the executive — and he cannot create laws by executive order;
the trend that may result from sending illegal alien immigrants to Delaware (Bo-Jiden’s state) and Martha’s Vineyard (Obama’s mansion) and let them deal with illegal immigration. In fact, this may create a trend for other states (like Texas) to relocate illegal immigrants to washington, DC and to other radical left states;
the absurdity of Biden stating that Americans are better off now under his watch — who does he think he is by spreading lies like this? The trend to 2030 may be that the people will finally be able to see through these mistruths — and Bill O’Reilly says it best with the examples of the inflation, high prices for essentials and gasoline and the catastrophe of Afghanistan, even though Bo-Jiden claims it was totally a success;
the trend for the Bo-Jiden administration to repeal some of their executive orders that were signed by the idiot’s first day in office, because the result of such orders is causing great harm to the US — and Bo-Jiden had not option other than to reinstate the “stay in Mexico” program created and enforced by Trump; and finally,
the trend for other “variants” in the scam-demic to be mild and just be a common cold virus, thus limiting the big pharma companies and Bo-Jiden to eat their words about the dangers of other variants and the need for more boosters that will only harm more citizens.
the attempts to have more tyrannical mandates come from the government as a last-attempt to take over the freedoms and erase the liberties from the people, so that the government can get more power and become socialistic and rule our lives, our economy and our children.
